Order Cancellation

You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order.

  • Within 12 hours: The order can be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.
  • After 12 hours: Orders may already be processed or shipped, and therefore cannot be cancelled.

Order Not Delivered

Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days, plus 1–2 days processing time.

  • If your order has not arrived within 15 days, please allow an additional waiting period of up to 25 days due to possible delays (shipping, weather, customs, etc.).
  • If your order does not arrive after 25 days, you will receive a 100% refund.

Damaged Items on Arrival

If your product arrives damaged:

  • Please send photos or videos to:

  • Once verified, you can choose:
    • A free replacement, or
    • A full refund

Defective Products After Use

You may report any issue within 30 days of delivery.

  • If the product is defective or not working properly:
    • You will receive a free replacement or
    • A full refund

Change of Mind Returns

You may return your item within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused
  • The item is in its original packaging

 Please contact support to receive the return address.
 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

You may request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong product:

  • Report it within 30 days of delivery with a photo.
  • You will receive either:
    • A free replacement, or
    • A full refund
